Orders are processed within 1-2 working days, carefully hand-packed and shipped carbon neutral and environmentally friendly from Germany via our shipping partner DHL GoGreen.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to be updated. In case you have not received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or email us at hello@meanui.eu for further support. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier.

In order to avoid any delays, all customers are encouraged to carefully review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout.

The prices of our products do not include shipping costs, which are calculated individually in the final step of your order process and depend on the country of delivery.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to duties, charges and import taxes on delivery as your order will be delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any duties or charges will not be collected by Mea Nui. They are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. 

Yes, you can! After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your individual tracking code. This way you can track the current delivery status.

If you would like to change your order address, please contact hello@meanui.eu as soon as possible. As orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your order, but we will do our best.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, please check with any neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please contact your local post office for further information in the event that it has been delivered to them instead. If you still cannot find your order, please contact hello@meanui.eu for further support.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that delivery charges must be paid by the customer and the product must be in its original, unused condition. If the product shows signs of use or damage, we will not be able to accept the return.
