Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days, carefully hand-packaged and shipped climate neutral and eco-friendly from Germany via our shipping partner DHL GoGreen. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to be updated. In case you have not received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or email us at for further support. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

In order to avoid any delays, all customers are encouraged to carefully review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout.

Usual Shipping Times:

  • Germany 1-3 Business Days (FREE Shipping on orders over 50€)
  • EU 2-5 Business Days (FREE Shipping on orders over 75€)
  • United Kingdom 2-5 Business Days
  • Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway 2-7 Business Days


Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur duties, charges and import taxes on delivery as your order will be delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Possible fees or charges are not collected by Mea Nui. They are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. 



How much are the shipping costs?
The prices of our products do not include shipping costs; these are calculated individually in the final step of your order process and depend on the country of delivery.

Can I track my package?
Yes, you can! After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your individual tracking code. This way you can track the current delivery status.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change your order address, please contact as soon as possible. As orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your order, but we will do our best.

I haven't received my package
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, please check with any neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please contact your local post office for further information in the event that it has been delivered to them instead. If you still cannot find your order, please contact for further support.

Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The shipping costs must be paid by the customer and the product must be in its original condition, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

We recognise our responsibility to treat our home, this wonderful Earth, as peacefully and respectfully as possible. Our products are made entirely from eco-friendly and FSC-certified materials, including sustainable paper from renewable resources, and are produced, printed and hand-packaged in Europe.
